Executive Level transition – EL 1

Executive Level positions bring new and demanding leadership and management challenges. This programme deepens your understanding of the capabilities and behaviours identified in the APS Integrated Leadership System (ILS), critical to high performance at the EL 1 level. Learn how to confidently and appropriately respond to the challenge of higher expectations and more complex responsibilities.

identifying and applying strategic thinking behaviours
identifying and applying behaviours that achieve results
identifying and applying behaviours that exemplify personal drive and integrity
